Kontract transformed the workspace at 510 Church St with a modern, open-plan design that fosters a dynamic work environment. The office features a contemporary style with clean lines and an open layout that emphasises space and light. This successful redesign integrates high-performance, flexible furniture, creating a headquarters that is both aesthetically striking and supremely conducive to collaboration.
Efficiency and teamwork are paramount in the open office area, which features our Keywork workstations paired with our Arc desktop screens, Sonic task chairs and our Logic monitor arms, facilitating privacy and clear communication. Nature seamlessly integrates with our Push unit topped with planter units, creating a calming and inspiring atmosphere.

The hot desk area features our stylish Alex chairs and are equipped with our Konexus for power, ensuring seamless technology integration and functionality in a minimalist, productive shared space.

For teamwork and informal meetings, the collaboration area showcases our custom upholstered Sofi Ottomans with back cushions paired with our Cosmopolitan tables, cultivating creativity and interaction. Staff well-being is prioritised in the welcoming kitchen, featuring our Madi wooden frame chairs, round Cosmopolitan tables, and Indi stools, ideal for meals and casual interactions.

Quiet rooms are furnished with our Arlo and Franki lounge complemented by our Dart organic coffee tables, providing a serene retreat for focused work or relaxation. Strategic placement of soft seating areas and breakout zones, including our Ava lounges and Oscar coffee tables, offers visual interest and comfort for informal gatherings.

Kontract's transformation not only addresses the practical needs of a workplace but also creates a stylish and inspiring environment that can boost productivity, foster collaboration, and enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
