Improving Patients' Waiting Time through Furniture at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse

Details

We were recently involved in the refurbishment of Chris O'Brien Lifehouse waiting rooms in Sydney. The project, called ‚"Waiting for Change,‚" aimed at improving how cancer patients wait. We recognise that patients spend a lot of time waiting, from diagnosis to tests, treatment, and results. This initiative sought to make that time more comfortable and less stressful.

The project involved supplying patients with comfortable and practical spaces. The goal was to give the waiting rooms a more homely feel by adding greenery and updating the furniture. The seating arrangement was also separated to give patients their own space to rest or work in.

We are very pleased that we could be a small part of this worthwhile project. We were happy to help make the patients' waiting experience a little more comfortable and dignified.
